Lumyn provides a white-label client reporting platform for marketing agencies. Agencies may customize the platform with their branding and provide access to their clients. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use Lumyn for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or malicious content, to impersonate any person or entity, or to interfere with the operation of our services. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Your use of Lumyn is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information and the information of your clients.
Lumyn and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lumyn, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your agency branding and client data remain your property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
